iPhone Distribution fails to build #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open iPhone XCode Project
2. Build

Expected project and test bed to build and run on simulator. Build failed with 
many errors. I've 
attached a patch file to fix the iPhone XCode project

Box2D is now on CMake. Can you make an XCode project using CMake?

Please re-open this issue if CMake is insufficient.
