Make create recipe autosuggest ingredients #16

When creating a recipe, the ingredient adding input box should pull from a list of ingredients in the database for suggestions.

When number #17 is solved, adding this will be easy because a lot of the functionality will be reusable.

Part of this is resolved so I am removing part of the card. The auto creation of ingredients when submitting a recipe is handled by #25 so this is only autosuggest.
