Upgrade Vagrant Base Box #3

The current base box for the project is 9 months old. Research the differences, upgrade and document.

From the output of $> vagrant up

==> database: A newer version of the box 'ubuntu/trusty64' is available! You currently
==> database: have version '20160621.0.0'. The latest is version '20170313.0.7'. Run
==> database: `vagrant box update` to update.

I am not sure how to tag this issue as it might be something you wanted me to notice and fix, or it might be something that was overlooked. For the purpose of this exercise, I will assume it was an intended fix, thus will report it as a bug.
