How to get it working with Redmine 5.0.5

Redmine does not start up - the following error is there in /var/log/apache2/error.log [ E 2023-07-13 18:08:55.2012 14204/Tf age/Cor/App/Implementation.cpp:221 ]: Could not spawn process for application /srv/redmine-5.0.5: The application encountered the following error: cannot load such file -- timelog_timer_hook_listener (LoadError) This is the environment I am using:

The main problem is with the hook registration:
