If i click start time recoding for an issue and another second timer is already running, i would like to be asked following:

Takeover logged time xx:xx of issue "title of issue and numer" to this issue
Stop timer of issue and discard logged time
Stop timer of issue "title of issue and numer" of issue" and log time
Keep on recording time for issue
