Published content does not play back locally #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Publish content.
2. Launch the SWF or HTML file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You would expect to see the project.
Instead, you get an empty screen.

NOTE:
This is caused by flash player security restrictions. There is a workaround
by changing security settings. see
