Planner - layers on screen problem #208

In eMI pattern if you create a new node, you can drag it 'behind' the 
pattern description box so you can't see it. The node should appear 'in 
front of' the description, so that you can see it.

Probably happens in other patterns but haven't checked.

As mentioned before it would be preferable to be able to close or collapse 
the pattern description, as it gets in the way of creating a Ped Sequence.
