Switching from Designer to Preview #223

Version as at 4/8/09. Now when you got to Preview a GLO from the Designer, 
it takes you to the preview of the screen you are working on. Before it 
used to take you to the beginning of the GLO.

This is not necessarily a problem, but a decision needs to be taken about 
which is most logical.
