Bug in MCQ component #224

I entered questions and feedback for the 3 questions. Then clicked on 'Add 
Option' to add a fourth question, and the questions and feedback for the 3 
I had entered were deleted.

Answer 4 however was created.

Actually, the Feedback text was not deleted, just the text for Answers 1-3.
