0.2.8 Blacklist doesn't work on Chrome 5.0.375.55 #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install type ahead 0.2.8
2. Add blacklist for http://www.google.com/reader/* or 
http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/*
3.  Browse to either site and attempt to use shortcut keys.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shortcut keys (J and K) should go to next and previous post, but instead, 
the extension tries to find text on both sites

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.8 on Windows 7 Business x64 with Chrome 5.0.375.55

Please provide any additional information below.

Oops, that was a mistake. It works if you use the line as header (without the 
'*'), but 
this breaks everybody's blacklist, so I better restore the old behaviour.

r115, will be in 0.2.9
