Allow specification of drive letter #2

Currently the executable needs to reside on the thumb drive.  It would be great 
if it could be stored elsewhere.  Execution would be something like:
  UsbDummyProtect.exe Z:

Actually it isn't necessary to reside on thumb drive. But working directory 
should there. You could use next workaround at the moment (change path to your 
location):
Z:> C:\Tools\UsbDummyProtect
Actually I've did .net version with UI and drive selection long time ago but 
haven't prepare archive for distribution. I have some free time now and will do 
it shortly.
