Black Reports As Transparent In Curs On Windows 11 #1

I used your script and successfully changed my cursor(big thanks!!), but when I click and hold the image glitches... Do you know why and how to fix it?🥺

I used windows 11, and there's no multiple frames just single image. I tried different size settings, 1 to 15. And found out only size 1 and 3 didn't glitch... I used 64*64px image, maybe the image is the problem?

Some more info:

I tested some different images and I found out that color black(#000000) becomes transparent when saved as .cur file

Then I tried an image that there's no black, but it also glitched when I click on hold to drag something... hmm

The color mode is RGB, and there is no background layer.
