Considering the closing issue #2, what should be done in next step? Shall we start searching for a proper DBMS as discussed in #3 or implement the first part of our pipeline?

In my opinion, it's better to implement the first phase of our pipeline then looking for a proper DBMS. In this case if we face a bug or any other issue in future, we can be sure that the 1st phase isn't involved! how do you think @behroozomidvar? If you're agree with me please close this issue otherwise I'm open to your ideas.
