revision 330 olstim /debugger crash #10

the debugger doesn't look like it exits in a safe way when shutting an olstim 
down manually.  need safety measures that are already in place for closed loop 
shut down.

This issue may have been fixed in R342. The descrition given is not 
sufficiently detailed to be sure though. 

Please tell us how we can replicate the error!
