No prompt in v0.6 to prevent overwriting previously recorded file #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Recording a file
2. Recording another file
3. Realizing you recorded over the first file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In previous versions (v0.5.4), a dialogue box would pop up asking if you really 
wanted to overwrite the file. This helped prevent accidental data loss. It 
would be nice if this feature was restored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.6, vista

Please provide any additional information below.
