0 based channel in raw files #2

The channel number for snippets and stimulation files is one based, but for raw 
files is 0 based.

Actually, it appears that the .spk files are 0 based as well but stimulation 
files are 1 based.

Everything should be 1 based since this is what the NR scope displays!
