Provide access to matlab load files without installing NR

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to find the matlab files to decode the data
2. Can't find them
3. Vent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Simple issue. We just need access to a separate zip file of the appropriate 
Matlab files to process the data. In fact, there should also be a separate 
version for each version of NeuroRighter, as there are occasional changes to 
the code. This will allow people to analyze their data on computers that don't 
have neurorighter installed/downloaded.
