Installation fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download NeuroRighter_v0601_Setup.msi 
2. Run the intallation file
3. Open NeuroRighter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error showed in the attached capture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.6 on Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
An older version of the software had been previously installed in the computer, 
but was completely removed before installing v0.6.

I should add that I installed the XNA framework and still, it is not working. I 
get the same error I reported previously. Any suggestions?

The problem is, as you state, that the NR cannot find the XNA library. Two 
questions:

1. What version of XNA are you using. NR requires 3.0
2. Where, on your computer, is the XNA dll located? For instace, on my machine:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft XNA\XNA Game 
Studio\v3.0\References\Windows\x86\Microsoft.Xna.Framework.dll
