Stopping OL protocol does not clear aux analog task #26

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run an OL protocol
2. Stop the protocol or wait for it to finish
3. Try to start it again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the protocol to restart. Instead I see that a task with the name
analogauxTask already exists. This only happens in some cases, and I haven't
been able to tell what exactly triggers it.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I am going to add some stuff to this one, because I'm sure its related:

- The GUI is not updated properly when a protocol finishes. The user can
potentially try to start a protocol while the Input side of things is still
running
- When I choose to stop a protocol prematurely, two windows pop up telling me
the protocol finished. That should not happen (the two windows or the fact that
there are are any windows at all).
