Rarely used tabs should be optional #29

There are tabs that some users will rarely use. For instance EEG, stim/output, 
impedance, ref, diagnostics.

Generally, the tabs that are visible should be dictated by the hardware 
settings selected by the user.

This is resolved as of around r500.
