crash on sample rate change #47

When I attempt to change the sampling rate in the "Raw Sampling Rate" box, I 
get an error that causes NR to basically crash.  I copied and pasted the 
details of the error into the attached word doc.  It appears that problem 
arises from some variable not being properly allocated or passed in the spike 
detection.  Maybe the 25 kHz being changed to something else doesn't propagate 
through all of the spike detection coding.  I haven't tried setting the 
sampling rate higher.  

Has anyone else tried tried recording at a sampling rate different than 25 kHz 
with success? I'm guessing this is an honest-to-goodness bug. Could you please 
let me know your thoughts, and/or if there is a work around? i

Issue was previously resolved. This is from an old installer.
