Would like file info to be appended automatically #53

Currently, if you don't manually set up a method of recording your output 
stimulation, NR v1.0 doesn't record the open-loop stimulation parameters, or 
even the filename involved. In general, it would be useful if there was some 
sort of parameters or header file for NR that contained a "snapshot" of your NR 
settings, including your stimulation profile. At the very least, these data 
streams should be an option, so that data isn't lost or forgotten in notebooks.

This is a good idea. All info could integrated with the *.log file that is 
accessed through the Note button from the main interface.
