Enhancement: Update to XMA 4.0 #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update non-obsolete classes to XMA 4.0 standards
2. Find replacements for obsolete XMA 3.1 classes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With the move to XMA 4.0, the new NeuroRighter package will be fully compatible 
with Visual Studio 2010 and will not require the additional download of Visual 
Studio 2008.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NeuroRighter 1.0.1.501 Beta on Windows XP

I started this revision. Almost there - dealing with some ridiculous issues 
with loading fonts properly.

The XNA upgrade is now completely functional. An added benefit of this upgrade 
is an improvement in plotting performance in terms of CPU overhead. Sweet! One 
thing that I noticed though is that the colors, transparencies do look a bit 
strange. This is either due to a fundamental difference in rendering or some 
obsolete option is being ignored. Either way, its not a big deal so I am going 
to merge this with the trunk before that becomes a nightmare.
