Out of range exception when number of channels is changed #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a fresh copy of the source
2. Set up 64 input channels and 2 devs in HW settings
3. Press start

Throws index out of range exception. See attached picture. 

The second time we try to press start, everything is fine.

Riley, this seems to have happened when moving the channel # options inside of 
the hardware settings dialog. Please have a look.

This was fixed in 558.
