oddities with UI #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "Set Recording Streams"
2. Click "Enter" (didn't change anything, but "final spikes" was checked)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to go back to NR UI.  Instead it switches to a background window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 565, Windows 7 (AD Rig)

Please provide any additional information below.
I can still switch back to the NR window, but only by clicking elsewhere first, 
or using alt-tab.
