AnalogOutEvent should be removed from code base #81

it appears that AnalogOutEvent was replaced with AuxOutEvent, and is no longer 
used.  As AnalogOutEvent is still in the code base, however, it shows up in 
some of the NR documentation (namely here):

This can be a bit confusing for new NR users writing closed loop protocols.  
Similarly, other no longer used files should be removed as they are discovered.

I can address this when I get back to the lab, I'd rather not do anything (even 
as benign as this) to NR when I can't compile it.
