not compatible with worldguard - cant build in own residences #134

getting worldguard from there if that helps. latest.

i added worldguard to my server and tadaa like last time i tried this combination, players are unable to build in their own residences! please lets get to the bottom of this

using worldguard dev # 1704 and residence 4.6.3.0 and spigot 1.11.2
