Fin suggested ghast tears could be melted in a smeltery to obtain hot spring water. Maybe 1 Ghast Tear could yield 100mb?

Hot spring also has an instant healing effect, so maybe it should be an alloy of gold (used for glistering melons for instant healing potions) and ghast tear fluid.

DivineAspect said the Ghast Tears are too common, which would make this rather unbalanced.
