Per comments in Discord, let's add dowsing rods to this list and specify that we want numbered spectre coils.

I've added aquamarine to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor in increasing frequency per floor, elemental runes on the 2nd and 3rd floor, seasonal runes on the 4th and 5th floor, sins runes on the 4th floor, and ancient tomes on the 4th and 5th floor.

Dungeontactics' rings, with enchantments, could be a good addition. I added enchantment levels to the iron rings on floors 0 and 1.
