A message should be displayed when the ranking list or recommendations list are empty #192

Actual result. When the ranking list or recommendation list of the user are empty, no message is displayed only an empty screen is shown.

Expected result. A message should appear on the empty screen.

The messages have already been created on the backend side, they just need to be used on the client side.
