Support markdown in book descriptions #76

We sometime include links in book descriptions. Today they are not linkified. We should provide some way to add links and possibly other rich markup. One possible way to do it is to support markdown.

Deployed #80. Links are now linkified. Example: https://audiobooks.by/books/mercks-graz I haven't decided yet whether we should full links like we do now or just linkified words. But the important thing is that links are now visibly different and clickable.
