Feature request: insert credentials without focusing login/password field #36

It would be great if KeePass Helper can insert credentials into login forms without the need to put the text cursor into the form text boxes first like chromeIPass is able.

I know, it would probably make it much more complex because it would require some fuzzy detection of the form text boxes. But it would be more convenient to use. Currently, it simply pastes the credentials wherever the cursor currently is, am I right?

True.

It is pretty complex to detect the login box. Usually, there are more than one login boxes on the page. I'll investigate more.

Actually, the only reason why I use this extensions is because it doesn't support such a feature. As you said is finding the correct login box a complex logic that (in my experience) consumes quite a lot of time and slows the page load time down.

So if you ever support this, please give us an option to deactivate it.
