What is the reason for the browser history permission requirement? #24

I noticed the browser history permission was requested, but no explaination was given in the release notes. In the future, if permissions are going to change, it would be appreciated if the release notes mentioned the reasoning.

It is used to mark a link as visited when sending it to the external player; see https://github.com/belaviyo/send-to-vlc/issues/15
