Context type Disease missing #10

Make sure context_type=Disease is being added correctly - it's not showing up in the Kibana dashboard for MESH, DO, etc in the context_types facet counts.

Apparently is showing up - not sure why it didn't show up in the data dump for the presentation from Kibana.
