Enhance ortholog resources #103

HGNC has additional orthologies compared to EntrezGene. Need to add these into the orthology dataset to load.

Natalie is reviewing MGI/RGD in case there are additional ortholog relations not captured by EntrezGenes orthology dataset

Look into orthologs from Panther: http://www.pantherdb.org/genes/ -- they also include Least Diverged Ortholog entries when there are multiple orthologs in a species.
