Interesting discussion about whether namespaces should be uppercase or lowercase. Need to make that in a future BEP.
Natalie: in the specification it's specific for BEL Scripts, so we also need to come back to this one more time later after discussing updates to the BEL Script format.
Outcome: accepted
This BEP proposes to allow Namespace Definition via Regular Expressions
