In organization list, use FSO instead of FOW abbreviation

In Overzicht Federale Organisaties-202404.xlsx, there's an entry:

• 216380274
• Fonds d'indemnisation des travailleurs licenciés en cas de fermeture d'entreprises
• Fonds tot vergoeding van de in geval van sluiting van ondernemingen ontslagen werknemers
• shortname FFE FOW
• abbreviations FFE FOW

The Dutch abbreviation should be FSO however instead of FOW: https://www.rva.be/fso/meer-info-over-het-fso

We might add it to the fedvoc excel list as well, but I don't have any English abbreviation, I've only seen concatenations like FFE-FSO or FSO-FFE.
