This issue was discussed on the functional WG last Friday and this was the conclusion:

• this proposal was not accepted
• the relevance of this data element for PersonServices was not clear
• fedvoc refers to the KBO/BCE-code which has only 2 values, whereas the proposed URI http://www.w3.org/ns/regorg#orgType rather refers to the fedvoc data element legalForm
