Range of dcat:spatialResolutionInMeters should be xsd:decimal, not dqv:QualityMeasurement

the attribute dcat:spatialResolutionInMeters has been removed because the unit of measurement can be specified in dqv:hasQualityMeasurement (see attribute sdmw-attribut:unitMeasure).
