I noticed that the URI from INSPIRE Atom from NGI are written like this: “http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/EPSG:4326“. Should they not be like that “http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/4326", like they are written in the corresponding ISO 19139 records?

There is a kind of mistake in the NGI ATOM Feeds that should be fixed as soon as possible. I hope the INSPIRE Atom will contain a compliant URI. Don't pay attention to that corrupted ones.
