I noticed they are no avalaible INSPIRE ATOM feed with such a temporal ID and there is nothing about such an identifier in the TG concerning INSPIRE download services

There is nothing about identifying one version of a dataset in the INSPIRE TG. I adopted an intern convention. I will upload such an ATOM.
