Building Category #103

It appears to me that this notion is missing from the description/modelling of a Building Registry as intended by ICEG. I'm specifically aiming at the state of the building from a town planning point of view : e.g Protected Building. There are several cases in Brussels, see all the Art Nouveau / Art Deco buildings. Wouldn't it be interesting/important to include this aspect in the modelling?

Thank you for the suggestion @cturlica1. As discussed during the last webinar, we won't proceed with adding such an attribute as outside of our scope, i.e., legal aspects.
