Feedback on Owner Entity Attributes

We would like to request feedback from the community on the Owner entity attributes in the ICEG Data Model. Specifically, we would like to know if the following attributes for this entity are sufficient to cater for various use cases or if there are any attributes that are missing:

• owner.organisation: A collection of people organised together into a community or other social, commercial or political structure. The group has some common purpose or reason for existence which goes beyond the set of people belonging to it and can act as an Agent. Organisations are often decomposable into hierarchical structures (source: ICEG). We propose to have a string field.
• owner.organisationType: Whether an owner is public or private.
• owner.role: The role that an organisation has concerning a hydrant.
• owner.contactPoint: A class representing a point of contact (e.g., email address, phone number, emergency phone number, etc.) (source: ICEG). We would like to inquire with the community about the range of values associated with this attribute and whether the values we have suggested are comprehensive or if any are missing.
• EmergencyPhoneNumber: A numerical sequence of digits designated for urgent or emergency communication with a water company. We propose to have a string field.

In addition, we would like to know if the community would prefer any of these attributes to be optional or mandatory and what the cardinalities should be. We would also like to know if the community would be able to provide all the mandatory information, and with data minimization in mind, or if some of the entities and/or attributes should be stripped off.

owner.emergencyPhoneNumber: Isn't it a duplicate with owner.contactPoint ? Or else I don't know what information I can put in this last field. We have more than 100.000 hydrants at SWDE, some are separated by hundreds of km. The contact information won't be the same for all of them and may change in time... The gathering and the update of such information will be a difficult

@VPiersonSWDE, regarding owner.emergencyPhoneNumber:

This should and will indeed be incorporated under owner.contactPoint. However, if our understanding is correct from the first thematic workshop, this is still something different than the "general phone number" from a water company and necessary for firefighters in the field. We therefore ask the group members to let us know whether the emergency phone number should be one phone number per water company or whether this indeed needs to be on a hydrant-specific basis.
