Patronym can be removed from the model as decided by the ICEG Person working group

Wet van 31 juli 2020 houdende diverse dringende bepalingen inzake justitie (Herstelwet) https://www.vreemdelingenrecht.be/nieuws/modernisering-burgerlijke-stand

Above legislation is related to "akten van burgerlijke stand" / "actes d'état civil" but is still relevant I believe

For now, optional attributes Person.patronymicName and Person.matronymicName maintained in the model. In line with SEMIC Core Person.
