Record evolution of data over time #160

We worked out a flexible approach to record evolution of data over time (link).

The approach is also modeled in the eap file under diagram > iceg-person-registry. The diagram is more elaborate than the example and is meant to demonstrate what type of business data can be attached to a Transaction.

The current terminology is still quite generic, but a Transaction can also be seen as a LegalEvent or LegalAct (rechtshandeling / acte juridique).

During WG 2024-04-25, the event sourcing strategy was rejected.

A more straightforward approach was developed here. The diagram which backs this solution is available under diagram > iceg-person-registry (diagram).
