Regarding 4 and 6, The CBENumber is part of the identifier class, see also the Registered Organization Vocabulary https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-regorg/ The idea is that an organisation can get an identifier (or multiple), assigned by a formal authority.
On a similar note, accronym could be a property from known another well-known vocabulary, e.g. skos:altLabel
(1) In the federal vocabulary standard we use the following principle: US-English or UK-English ? If there is a clear EU/international vocabulary, we use the English terminology used in this standard according to the priorities listed previously. If not, by default US-English will be preferred. By the way, we also use there Organization, PublicOrganization, RegisteredOrganization, ... with a "z".
(6) FedVoc uses cbeNumber, enterpriseNumber and establishmentUnitNumber. FedVoc raised a question to KBO/BCE about the utility of cbeNumber which is intended to be used for both entities and establishmentUnits, whereas enterpriseNumber identifies an enterprise and establishmentUnitNumber identifies an establshmentUnit. Fedvoc also defined the notion of Site (http://www.w3.org/ns/org#Site) and EstablishmentUnit which is a specialization of Site.
