Oslo-Perceel does not have CadastralParcel defined; should be Cadastral Plan Parcel. A cadastral plan parcel is a plot defined by its contour. A Building should at least be (partially) located on one Cadastral planparcel taken into account the lifecycle of a building (planned, built, ...) and the lifecycle of a cadastral plan parcel. I notice a construction, demolition and renovation date, but that might be insufficient to cover the lifecycle of a building
Either use OSLO-Perceel CadastralPlanParcel, or INSPIRE CadastralParcel https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/featureconcept/CadastralParcel
We will be changing OSLO-Perceel::CadastralParcel to INSPIRE::CadastralParcel
During the webinars, there was little feedback on the proposed cardinalities for the different attributes.
Based on the discussions held, as well as taking into account the business needs of stakeholders, we came to this proposal for these cardinalities. The model can be found here, but a screenshot of the main classes can be found in this issue.
Please let us know if you see the cardinalities differently.
