thought default theme is a shared common theme repo

Yes themes/default/views/oc-panel/pages/settings/general.php is different per project since has different settings.

Yes up to date, we are preparing a FAQ for our site ;)

Thanks to you, I am quite annoying I know, but I need to keep both projects updated, so thats why I need 2 pull request for open classifieds and open eshop.
