=======================================

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure send receipt option is checked
2. Compose a message to be sent @now using the parse now option
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to receive a sent receipt in inbox
Nothing received in inbox (also checked spam and bin)
message sent normally (arrives with recipient, appears in sent, draft in trash)
What version of the product are you using?
8

Please provide any additional information below.

I am also having the issue that emails sent to myself (either directly to the
primary gmail address or to various emails that should forward on to the
primary gmail address) don't appear in the primary gmail address inbox (or bin
or spam) but appear in the sent mail. I think this an already open issue. I
will comment on this there also but thought I should mention it here also in
case it is relevant.

In addition...

I was just running the script under 'run now' from the options page and when I
pressed the dialog the page hung with the yellow loading bar for some minutes.
Eventually google scripts returned a time out type error.

The message was sent as outlined above but no receipt received so I wonder if
the script is hanging somewhere between issuing the message and the receipt?
