Customize cacheReport with Web support #358

In 1.0.3, when report is generated with the Web support 
(https://code.google.com/p/xdocreport/wiki/DocxReportingWEBApplication) the 
report is cached. 

It should be good to customize the cacheReport as we wish.

Now you can use isCacheReport to control the cache of the report.
